I’m realizing that over training/working out is no good for me. I was doing it to keep busy, to keep busy from being alone. I’ve accepted I’m alone but it doesn’t equal being lonely. Being alone doesn’t equal something negative and I had to accept that. Again I had to sort out some of those ugly thoughts in my head..
When I overtrain I’m sore, tired, hungry= automatically eat more, even if it’s 200-500 kcal per day it kicks me out of a deficit. My new strategy that seems to balance out is to workout every other day and eat 1600-1800. The other days I rest and stick to around 1300-1600. 🤷♀️ Time will tell if this helps me to cut to 170-175 and from there I can rebuild lost COVID-19 muscle and still be under 180. That’s my goal. Wish me luck because I’m no scientist, no micro calculator or am I willing to compulsive obsessive over this 🤣
