I got a lucky bamboo on the same day as my resistance bands arrived 😅 I’m going to need it! Does anyone have any tips or recommendations for videos on how to use them? I’m a novice, I’ve only used them during yoga before! Any advice welcome 😊

I had a resistance band lying about the house doing nothing for years. Then covid struck and I was forced to use it. It took a while to suss it out but now I love it. Start light and think about which muscles you targetting. Don't just go through the motions, contract and relax the working muscle.

I’ve got them too. Not used them in a while. I usually watch videos on YouTube for all types of workouts.
Valentina Lequeux is an instagramer that uses them often.

Anne I started with arms and it felt easy, I probably need to be more slow and controlled? Hopefully I’ll get a good burn tomorrow 💪

Chestnut you’re right, it gets pretty technical with the adjustments. I had to watch a tutorial to understand how it compares with weights 😅

You can do it fast for a good pump effect or slow to challenge but control is the key. Intensity and focus are important as in all exercises.
