TT: What a difference 20lbs makes! The picture on the left is from today, only 7lbs from my goal of 125 and finally able to fit back into those leggings 😊 on the right is the day that I decided to change. I'd been ignoring the clothes that no longer fit, I'd deny it if a friend called me chubby, I was hurt trying to deal with my weight alone and failing. I hid from the scales for two months before returning to face the problem. When I finally returned to read 154lbs, I had my motivation! ~ time to change before it gets even harder ~ and it is taking time, there are highs and lows but seeing the progress makes it all worthwhile 😊 I won't be going back up 🙌 and im grateful for a change in mind more than a change in body! 😘
