I’m more a 10 out of 12 lol but trying 💪☺️ ( don’t always have a daily salad, but do love veggies, I don’t eat fruit every day, but I do try to get it in. Everything else💪🙌😂 and have been really trying to up my protein more🤗💜💚

i can't lift heavy weights until I go back to the gym...too scared bc of the pandemic. I'm really looking forward to going back.

Yeah the heavy weights are most def missing for many of us. Guess in reality I’m 10 out of 12. Btw I totally count my random iceberg lettuce leafs used to s pop tuna, bagged carrots and cucumber slices as my daily salad... 🤣

I eat a ton of veggies as I’m a pescatarian. I think that’s what the “label” is. I don’t eat meat, chicken or dairy. Eggs and seafood is my go to along with all veggies!!!
