TODAY I RAN FOR 5 MINS STRAIGHT!
Yes, i did. Two of those 5 minutes were uphill, too! It was exhausting, but felt so great. Tomorrow, i might try running for that long again, even though its not an exercise day. Might get on the treadmill for like, 20 mins? Just a short one, because I really want to keep this up and condition myself.
I ate light today. Hoping everything that I ate last night will clear out of my system by friday lol I'm going to be eating a lot of crap. But then on saturday, i'll start a new. :]
Today, my dad found a picture of me from my freshmen year of high school. I believe I was 14. He took the picture of me, my mom, and my brother while we were all making thanksgiving dinner. So it was a completely candid picture. I never realized at that point in time how big I was. That was when I was about 250 pounds, and that wasnt even at my heaviest, which was 280. At 280, i knew I was big, but looking back now, I realize just how big I truely was. Its scary and shocking, but I am so thankful. Maybe when I have reached my weight goal, i will post the picture with a recent one. I look completely different.
I'm proud of myself. And so are my parents, but they dont even realize they are a really big obstacle to overcome. I am the only person in my house who doesnt have a poor diet.
Tomorrow should be a good day. its wenesday already. Two more days til halloween! :]
