Apparently fresh, homemade bread is a trigger for me. Ugh. You read my food diary right, I ate all but 1 piece of an ENTIRE LOAF of amazing, fresh, hot-from-the-oven bread. I'm kicking myself now, because I was doing SO GOOD this week! I was on track to finally see 171 something, which would be a new low. Maaaybe if I am extremely careful tomorrow and Friday.
