I followed my eating plan to the letter and tracked every single thing I ate and it really paid off. I do intermittent fasting (IF) and get all of my food in within a 4-6 hour window because if I had to plan more than a single meal a day, I'd be forever distracted by planning what I'm going to eat next.
For the month, I averaged:
1108 calories
44g total carbs and 34g net carbs
65g fat
92g protein
351 April 1, 2020 - start weight
347 May 1, 2020 - down 4 pounds
336 June 1, 2020 - down 11 pounds
320 July 1, 2020 - down 16 pounds
