hobi48's Logboek, 31 mei 20

For many reasons, this week has been very difficult in my life. I knew I would need a few drinks and struggle to exercise, so I stuck to weights and sit ups and made my food intake later. it seems the morning patience helped by some allowance for evening struggles. I am getting better but we can all be weak occassionally. I think seeing it coming and preparing was fortunate. I think next week will be much happier. Positivity
