mamaof 3's Logboek, 01 okt 08

well so far so good I'm back on track all day yesterday and so far today. the eating is good but I hate exercise. I know find something I like and do it but so far I haven't found anything I like enough to keep doing it day after day. I know its important to exercise so I'm going to push through and keep trying!
