Also, I got new running shoes yesterday to replace the 5 year old casual shoes I was using to do daily stairs (680 stairs\day) and jogging. My goodness they make a huge difference! I feel like I'm running on clouds and it gives me so much more energy and desire to go further and faster. Also I had only one cup of red wine instead of 3, which makes me feel much more coherent this morning. Yay.
