Back on the Exercise routine. Walking/Jogging, Eliptical, or Exercise ball. Trying to get SOMETHING in each night. Getting colder...winters almost here....so the eliptical will be getting a workout. Cutting the carbs. Id love to drop a few more pounds before I have a conference to go to in November. Hopefully i can do it :) I need to take some time and check out the new stuff on here...challenges, etc. Looks like some great stuff I need to catch up on !
