Clairshart- I would love to share the recipe!! This is 3 cups spring mix, 1 cup baby spinach, 4 strawberries, 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 of a 1/4 cup crumbled feta, 1/2 of a 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 2 TBSP Italian dressing, and the chicken is 4 oz of a boneless skinless breast, baked and I cooked it adding the following seasonings- garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and a creole seasoning (the brand is Tony chacheres spice n’ herbs)
