Ok so new day new diet. I've been researching this "Fast Diet" or 5:2 diet and it looks like it is pretty easy. So far today is my first fasting day and as of right now (11:00am) I'm starting to have a slight headache, but I don't feel like I'm starving. I think I need to drink some water if anything. I may have a greek yogurt to hold me over until dinner, but I'm going to push it as far as I can. If this is as great as everyone claims it is I should be able to stick to it. I'm going to make my fast days on work days since I'm not near a pantry or refrigerator:)Any suggestions are welcomed!
