finally went docs im having thyroid checked and anti bodies because have alot females in family under active thyroid. also i have to follow fodmap for ibs and a recurring pain. wow that some getting your head round but hoping to feel better soon

isn't it strange how things like that, affect us so much. Good luck, I'm sure there are lots if great books on Amazon to help out too.

I’ve got to have a camera to see what’s going on because I definitely have IBS. My friend said they’ll have me doing fodmap as she had to. She said it’s hard but it’s great for weight loss so I guess every cloud and all that. We can do it together 💪💪💪
