~3lb gain while on vacation last week! It was a planned time for me and my wife to 'get off track' on our eating. We are both back on track since returning, and ready to shed some more pounds! It shouldn't take long to lose the vacation weight and move closer to our goals
99,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 16,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 6,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

1514 kcal Vet: 31,34g | Eiwit: 109,99g | Kolhy: 230,63g.   Ontbijt: country kitchen wheat, weight control, blueberries, skim milk, strawberries, raspberries, banana, lower sugar apple oatmeal. Lunch: avocado, hommus, joseph's , gerbs, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 2%. Diner: brummel, corn on the cob, tilapia. meer...

That is a-okay baby! we had a blast last week didn't we?! We are back on track...at least until the two weddings this weekend! hahah You're doing great...and look hot hot hot! =)
