Mike how i.important is water consumption? Will it make me lose weight faster? Is there something like drinking too much water?

Water is the key. Keeping the body adequately hydrated will help you loose weight! Weight loss is like a puzzle, water is one of the pieces. Its pretty difficult to drink too much water. Basic rule is don't drink more than 800ml within and hour. Space it out over the day.
