Not only is it Transformation Tuesday, I also turn 43 today! When I was in my early 20s, and pushing 200 pounds, I wondered what my life would be like when I was in my 40s. Over time my weight climbed up to 280 pounds and when I turned 37 I joined the gym. I never would have guessed that at 43 I'd be in the best shape of my life. I'm stronger and healthier now than I've ever been in. It's amazing where life can take us and I'm looking forward to seeing what the future might hold.
