ok....I'm starting to feel a little better...I can tell my clothes have changed their fit over the past week as they aren't as tight.
I'm tired...I've been going to bed earlier since I've resumed the gym. but I'm sleeping much better.
yesterday's workout was hard. I was sluggish....I'm glad today is Friday. I've decided to workout Tues to Friday. I've got a meeting Monday mornings and Saturday was always difficult. this schedule might be more sustainable. we'll see.
