Just put new batteries in my scale and crap! it says 167.2. I thought I'd behaved well yesterday but perhaps I did not. I did get a lot of exercise in... and I ate only what I was hungry for but then again I was really hungry. Maybe its just bloating? Or I think maybe I ate too many carbs. I hope tomorrow is better. Made me laugh this morning! I'm following my own diet which is really WW and the carbs make me bloat like crazy so I'm sure that's all it is. I have stopped my evening glass of wine, for the most part, because I think it is doing the same.

Sometimes it takes more than overnight for your good behaviour to show up on the scales. You are doing great! The scale will show it soon!

Don't worry about what the scales says. Overall you're doing an excellent job at what's way more important...exercising & eating better. If you step on 4 different scales you'll probably get 4 different weight numbers. So don't put too much trust in them. The true results are: One, feeling healthier overall, and Two, getting into smaller clothes. You're doing an awesome job lady

that's awful! how did the batteries do that - maybe it jiggled something? i didn't know they sold chocolate tofu pudding?! i just make my own with 1/3 c cocoa, 1 pack of silken tofu (600g I think) and stevia, blend it up! it doesn't freeze well at all though, i learned that by practice :(
