Dear Debbie, I am way way way more focused. Although, now, I often tweak my way of eating/living. Paying attention here on a daily-basis ...keeps me vigilant against old bad habits and creeping weight gain. I find that I am increasingly paying attention to other aspects of life. Life that I had completely ignored most of my Pre-FS days. Today, just do it for Today- One day at a time. When I consider what the alternative to FS -Keto-IT, I still have no other good choices. (emphasis on "good").
This place is GRAND!!!
