Your weight seems very good. Holidays are stressful and can throw us off. Don't worry you will get back on course.

maybe you just need to break the cycle and do something different. if something triggered a bout of depression and eating, maybe you get a new or old hobby.

are you scared of success? No joke, it happens! Ask yourself why you're self-sabotaging, and instead of regarding food as a "comfort" start seeing it as the enemy when it is more than you need. Like any drug, it offers escape at the beginning, but that changes, and it begins to destroy instead.

I would recommend therapy. A counselor can help you decide on an antidepressant or if there’s something better like cognitive therapy. Best of luck to you. Don’t let the food win!

Kaylin! You been here all year with many of us through the ups and downs babe! Pull it together during this crazy time! Give yourself a little break during this time both emotionally and weight ways and look back at where you’ve been, look forward to the days ahead and BE Blessed babe! Happy New Years when you get there and I look forward to seeing your posts soon in 2020! 😇

I hope you aren't being hurt! 😢 I don't know what that means. If you are not being hurt, I hope you can work through it. Until then... I'll enjoy my black coffee with you. ☕️

kaylinrenee, sorry for the depression. Sounds like you need a close confidant in your life, not a web person, but a close person that you can share and use as a sounding board over tea or coffee. I pray you find such a person.

Dp its really just verbal abuse. Thanks for your concern!

"Just verbal abuse" sucks! Words hurt and aren't easily forgotten. As a Christian, first instincts are to stay married and work through it...as a woman - if he isn't willing to stop or its happening in front of the kid...😬 hopefully he's open to counseling. Try not to let the words skew your reality! You are amazing and that kinda abuse really makes your self confidence take a hit. Sorry to keep commenting! 😘

Praying for relief for you. Any kind of abuse is never ok. It all leaves scars...work through this and we all support you!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜🙏🙏🙏🙏

K...... I know first hand the results of long term “just verbal abuse”. The scars run deep and involve more than just you if children are present. Above all, think clearly, make decisions slowly, protect yourself and your children emotionally and physically.

You are not alone! Today is the first day of self care in a long time for me. I’ve started counseling, practicing mindfulness, counting calories and intermittent fasting. Taking things one day at a time!

Try both meds and therapy. To be succesful in reducing that emotional eating you may need to take a mult-therapy approach. (((((hugs)))))

An experience meditation teacher will be able to help you much. Pranayama ( breath work and control) , asana( yoga postures) , diet according to your nature and respecting the circadian rhythm will help bring your system as a whole back into balance. Happy new year
