Been unwell since before Christmas but the problem it’s only unhealthy food I can eat without it hurting my throat and now I have mouth ulcers as well not logging until I feel better I’m not even looking

Last year I stopped 3kg early and then got stupid So this year I want to do it properly I’ve not really tried maintaining my weight but I’m sure it will be a challenge,I think I will start by weighing in on Monday if I’m well or not
