Traveled to my nieces graduation in Indiana. Lots of food and fun. I did well at breakfast and lunch. While I did not stay with in my target points I did make better choices than I typically would at these kinds of things. I recorded in my journal today so at least I get a 2 today. Better than a zero. I won't be able to exercise until Wednesday so the best that I will be able to do each day is watch my point totals.
