Didn't do as well dieting as I would have liked last week, but I'll get there. I'll do better this week :) Also, I need to try harder to make time for the workouts.....I managed to do 4 of the 6 videos this week, but 2 toddlers and an 8wk old baby make for a rough way to go! I think I'm just proud of myself for doing as well as I did. Gonna step it up :)
P.S.....Whey protein is DISGUSTING ;)
