Man I LOVE that workout dvd. I did a 20 minute session today, and extra steps today to keep my son from getting under my feet, and his toys,and any and everything else that he wanted to put on the floor. I'm seriously and literally dripping with sweat. My asthma's acting up a little, which hasn't happened in a LONG time, but it'll be okay.. It'll go away once I cool down. I'm just happy that I don't dread working out anymore.. because it's fun! This is why I needed something other than a Taebo or something.. HipHop dancing workouts are awesome and I'm fully enjoying that it's helping me lose up to a pound a day. How freaking awesome is that?? I'm sure I'll hit a plateau sometime, but hopefully, it'll be after a bigger loss.
