If I could ask a question, I would ask how you got these arm muscles. I am very curious but if it's too much trouble to answer that is fine. You do look super cute and you look so feminine!

I got my arm muscles from lifting. I also teach Zumba Toning which uses light weights, and I teach several classes a week. My sister is a Body Pump instructor and I attend her classes. And no I don't do pre-work out or drink protein shakes, because I do get asked that also. I get my protein from food, lots of chicken.

Super! Thank you so much for answering! There are many youtubers (women) who upload their videos and many don't look as good as you do. Watching them, I feel that if I did their exercises I would not accomplish very much. Very interesting about the fact that you are getting the protein from food. It's great that you're sharing this. I am not surprised as I really feel that if a person wants to develop muscles they need to exercise.
