Whoa! Very sore today after a great workout yesterday! Obviously, my muscles are retaining H2O to repair themselves too (up 0.4lbs. today). That's okay! That's what the body is supposed to do! I'm fine with that! I know that I have "shocked" some muscles, just like the trainer told me to! ;)
I bought a size 12 pair of capris yesterday! I don't remember the last time I wore a size 12 ... probably 15 yrs. ago! =D It feels great!
