My famous burger for my kid this time. Whole grain bun, steak, unprocessed cheddar, sweet onions (he loved!), tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce (and just a little bit of mustard). I slightly overcooked the steak compared to what I usually like but I think next time I'll try something close to rare. For testing purposes. I test a lot with my kid, it's important he gets a bite before saying no. He knows that if he does not like, I'll never force him to continue. I didn't count the calories but should be around 650? Btw, it was so huge that I needed to help him keep it in his hands haha.
