Wow Judy Rose, way to go! I just started this FS way of keeping track on my macros. I am also attempting to do Keto. I just keep stalling. I hold a lot of water weight because I'm on so much medication. I started at 232 lb and I'm now at 210 lb. I just go up and down more than I go down. I am 67 and highly medicated. I have three autoimmune diseases that have affected my entire body, my skin and my organs. I'd like to follow you to get advice from time to time. I want more than anything to lose this weight. I should be around a hundred and ten pounds. I did not gain weight until I got sick. I'm very proud of you. Way to go!
