First meal of the day at 7pm lol. Simple salad and spicy chicken breast. 390 calories. Had some multi seed crackers on the side. Lemon water to drink.

Thanks and @aseman I actually baked it with some extra virgin olive oil and spices. Then once done I chopped it.

Great job! Don’t fry!! 😜. Use coconut oil. It has amazing health benefits above EEVO. Add sliced carrots or onions or a veggie,
