Hi all. Sorry I've been gone for a while. I feel like all we have been doing is running around. Running around temptation. Like fried Oreos at Idlewild Park. But, I didn't eat any of them! I was sad, but very proud of myself. I did cheat a little, ok a lot, this weekend though. We had a small family reunion, and everyone brought something yummy. So, my husband and I are starting our own little competition with each other this week. We are both very competitive, so this should do well for me. And him as well. He aslo finally got the OK from his doctor to start jogging short distances. Thank goodness. I exercise better when I am with him. Have a great day. Even though it is Monday.
