Okay so I did great last year and went gluten free due to stomach complications...it was a good ride I went the entire year without gluten. I am not eating gluten again as of November of last year and am showing it...with a 30lb weight gain. Needless to say I am ready to get back on track. Eliminating carbs again and adding alot more cardio. Couch to 5K here we go again. Please no judging I have done enough of that on myself. Happy Monday.
