Easy (partial) meal prep: pressure cooker 5 spice pulled pork.

Brown a pork shoulder, pressure cook for about an hour, in stock, with Sichuan pepper, clove, cinnamon, fennel, and star anise (for starters 😁).

I bought an instant pot after seeing a friend make this, and still make it every now and then.
