Down a glass of water every time you think about food. It shall pass. Just eat your daily calories and stick to your diet plan. Whatever it might be. I had the same problem during shark week.

I woke up like that today too! I do intermittent fasting and am struggling to stick to it. But I will! Also chugging the water and tea
