OK - finally lost 10 pounds. that was my personal marker to start phase 2! so i had a half of a wheat bagel yesterday! i was sooo happy! it was sooo goooooood .... lol i have a 4th of july bbq tonight so im eating fruit! look out strawberries - here i come!
