I was really hoping for a loss this morning 😐 I even kept my fat grams to only 50 yesterday, which is hard for me to do when trying to keep protein above 100 grams (calories 1600). I spent all day thinking about food 😑 Not fun. But I guess I've got no choice. I need to lose a few pounds and I can't do keto right now 😕 This was my breakfast. I was able to fill my fridge today! 😁 I finally got my replacement credit card in the mail and I had a $150 credit 😃 My protein waffles are half regular boxed waffle mix and half protein powder. They are really good but don’t have the crunch that waffles should have.

I am so very blessed that the hurricane didn’t affect us at all. I don’t know what I would have done if it did. I’ve only been in my apartment for 2 months after being essentially homeless for 2 years after hurricane Irma 😪
