Its been a hard week this week trying to stay on track. I've come to the conclusion that most weight loss is governed by your thoughts. Grand Daughter Lucy has been having loads of tests and after almost a year of gradually getting worse and worse and finally being in a wheelchair, she has been diagnosed with Cushings Disease. Although it means a not very nice operation up through her nose, she should recover fully. It may take a few months and loads more tests, but at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
