Brunch: What is it? I don't know exactly lol. But, its a dish I just though together. Cauliflower rice, carrots, onion, fresh farm eggs, black beans. Eggs was scrambled in a little evoo. It has no name but it sure is tasty.

Jengetfit good idea I don't have any ATM but I did add ketchup lol it's all I had. I'm putting your idea in the books for next time! It was yummy.
