I made lactation cookies because my milk supply has dropped. Im not sure if its dropped because im eating less or what. But theyre packed with oats and cranberries and raisins and flaxseed powder. About 80 calories each amd good to snack over sweets lol

Hi are these only 3 ingredients , also try spinach it helped my milk supply , and also eating enough food , n energades as wel theses helped me
