Incorporating some new things into my plan. My previous plan which worked great had some fruit, 1 apple a day, about 70 to 100 carbs a day and protein for every meal for a total of 900 to 1300 calories a day. And I was active with a job that required a lot of movement. Construction work. Nowadays I’m sitting a lot. My caloric goal is the same but is including meals of entirely fruit on some days. My goal is to drop the weight I gained back. I was 142 ish and now 162.
