Feel lazy this morning. My belly is full of plants and do not feel good at all. Need to air out the house due to bad smell from the gas of rotting plants inside.
It will be a pleasure to start the cleansing process today with eggs, home processed meat, sour cream, hard cheese and butter. Hope to feel clean and energized again in two days or so. Btw, my heart feels funny too. Like it struggles a bit. Expect the heart to feel strong again very soon.
When I didn't know better, I thought feeling lazy like this was my normal.

gz9gjg Thanks. My lazy feel, and morning bike ride habit are fighting at the moment. The Laziness say take two days off, and bike ride habit disagree. Had my breakfast. Maybe that can give the ride a win. Life.
