Hi everyone. I hope you are all doing well. How does one recover from water retention or how to prevent it? Aside from drinking more water coz I down like 4l a day or more

4L per day. Wowzer, I do not love water that much :). Exercise is a natural diuretic. Caffeinated tea and coffee (watch your caffeine tolerance). Citrus fruits like orange and lemon - you can hide lemon juice in anything, like tea, water, or food, salads. Then debatable as to efficacy, but garlic, cucumber, celery, cabbage, ginger, watermelon, onion all help pass water because of nutrient content. Supplements are dandelion and hawthorn, but I don't care for them.
