Avoided the scale this morning. Need to protect and concentrate my power to change.
Yesterday I had my GF read all the tiny Thai text on the plain yoghurt I ate when feeling unwell. 14 grams of sugar in a 4oz cup. Ths in and by itself may seem harmless. The real harm is the appetite stimulation. Food for Joy mindset.
When being pure carnivore, I had a Food for Nutrition mindset. Big difference.
Wake to cake again. I said no, and get big arguments about how little sugar was in it. Decided to do as before. One teaspoon for taste, and could confirm it was not sweet. Left it at that, and had and egg and beef breakfast.
Believe I may be near full recovery from the head injury one month ago. Still numb, but not so sore anymore. Hope for being in control very soon.
