love the piercing, for migranes try putting your feet in hot water and leave them for a few minutes it will help the blood flow quicker releasing the head as well. I have bad headaches sometimes (dust allergies and hayfever ect) and my mother in law has terrible migranes lasting for three days without her being able to barely move or talk. try the hot water. also tighten a scarf or bandana around your head for 10 minutes and the release that helps me some times.
