I finally made it halfway to my goal, but I’ve got nothing to show for it. I really need to do something physical.

I’ve been looking into “bodyweight fitness “ it’s basically doing things like calisthenics and push-ups and sit ups. It seems like the results are fantastic and doesn’t require a gym membership.

Or I might take tennis lessons with my child.
