Woke up sleepy. Had my water, coffee and TaiChi. Waking up.
Yesterday I had a look at QiGong (氣功) The TaiChi routine I do is quick, so I thought I could add some QiGong this morning. Did a quick search, and decided to blindly imitate this womans routine. https://youtu.be/iKiMT6gcbls
That certainly roughed up some muscles. I don't care much about doing it well. Just doing it gives pleasure. Will aim for repeat tomorrow.
Still didn't feel 100%. Might be related to big loss this week. Went for a casual bikeride too just now. Then breakfast. Ahhh... feeling near normal.
