Here I go again. I have been off the diet wagon for a few months now. I just didn't have to mentality to stick with it. I have spent time coming to terms with myself and who I really am. I think now is the time for me to really stick with it. Tomorrow morning is going to be my first official day on the Fat Smash Diet, I hope all goes well.
