I am loving this diet, I eat what I want and still lose weight. I thought I would have gain a pound or 2 this weekend because we went out of town and I had breakfast in the morning with my husband saturday & sunday and we were wine tasting. I felt guilty about eating beakfast, and thought for sure it was going to throw me off, but it didn't. It's nice to know I can have breakfast once in a while and ruin the diet.
