I consistently get asked by friends and family members if I’m no longer dieting. I feel so proud that in the looks of people I don’t struggle. Well actually I don’t, cause I eat healthy foods and delicious hot Cheetos that I don’t struggle with my diet. It’s sad when you see a person not being able to enjoy themselves on a celebration cause of a diet 😓
If you have an event and you don’t want to struggle save a few calories for that day/evening...I post an example of a few ways to eat your calories. Don’t forget, weight loss, maintenance and gain is only about calories 😉

I am trying to follow this as well. It's working well for me. Saving calories for when I really want to indulge, which ends up being a few times a week. Otherwise eating healthy whole foods. Your posts really help me. Thank you for sharing!

I am always ready to enjoy party foods 😆 But in reality, when you are obese; I think it’s a good idea to teach yourself to refrain. It’s an important life lesson. Sometimes you need to learn to say No, even to yourself.
