WOW! I am hesitant to record my weight! Can't believe it! I thought that I had made some bad choices this weekend! I guess it goes to show that it helps to vary your diet choices! I don't know ... but I will sure take it! ;-)
I have a stressful 3 days ahead, so let's pray that I can stay on track! I don't want the scales to go back up! God is by my side, so I know he will give me strength!

I'm praying for you to keep the melt going, and ask that you pray for me to get my metabolism really stoked to burn some pounds off! I am 56 y/o, and every pound lost is a struggle. I really would appreciate prayer, as I know (as clearly you do, too) that God's grace is the best help of all! Let's make this our year to reach, and maintain, our goals for health and fitness!
